We have a flexible returns because we want you to be able to shop with confidence!
Not happy with a product? Return it within 30 days with your receipt and we’ll exchange it for another product of equal value or give you store credit. We’ll even organise a return with Australia Post if you bought it online!
If you suspect your product is faulty, please let us know so that we can investigate it for you! We’re happy to exchange it, offer store credit or provide a full refund for any faulty products. If you bought it online, we’ll organise and cover the costs of the return with Australia Post.
